Conference Registration Fee – Details
All attendees of the conference are required to pay the conference registration fee. For each paper or poster, at least one author must attend and complete the registration process, including the payment of the registration fee. Participants have the option to choose from the following registration options to take part in the conference.
Conference Registration Fee Includes:
- Access to scientific sessions
- Admission to the exhibition and poster viewing areas
- All materials related to the conference
- Tea/coffee breaks and lunch during conference hours
- Certificate of Attendance
- Gala dinner participation
Please Note:
- An additional fee of 75 € is applicable for each extra paper submitted.
- The specified fees are applicable only for payments made within the indicated deadlines.
- The conference registration fee does not cover accommodation expenses or airport transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation or non-attendance, please be aware that the registration fees are non-refundable.
